Hello, my name is Susanna.
I started out by volunteering at a local dog rescue centre where I gained valuable experience, spending time and walking with a variety of different breeds of dog. This then led on to me working for a local dog walking business, and I was given training when I started with them. I also gained a diploma in animal care. I worked with them for 3 years, until I set up Canine Companions Dorset in 2018 to cover the Poole, Bournemouth, Christchurch and Wimborne areas. I mainly do one on one walks, but am happy to walk up to 3 dogs together from the same household. I can also do pop-in visits, to change water, dog-sit and feed – whatever the needs of your dog, I am happy to help. For me, the main consideration is the welfare and happiness of your pet, so I will make sure the visit is best suited for you and your dog or cat.
